And we need your help.See open roles
MarketerHire is the future of work: a diverse, fully-remote team of full-time employees and freelancers, empowered to bring their all to their work day.
As the #1 talent platform for hiring marketers, we’ve built our name on delivering high-caliber freelance talent to the world’s most influential brands. We stick to the same standards when we hire internally, too.
Our team works across the U.S., collaborating across time zones using a tech stack designed for asynchronous work — including tools like Asana, Slack and Jira.
On diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
We value diversity both in our internal team and freelance network. We know that diverse groups of people with different perspectives and experiences can accomplish amazing things together when they’re appreciated, supported and included. We strive to build a culture where everyone, from any background, feels included, supported and free to be themselves.
We’re obsessed with our product delivering on our promise to our customers and freelancers, and we go above and beyond to make sure it does. (Without working weekends!)
We marry high-impact short-term wins with a clear long-term strategy. We push ourselves and each other to constantly improve.
We respectfully voice disagreement, even when it’s uncomfortable. Once a decision is made, we commit and give wholehearted support.
We hold ourselves and our teammates accountable for their work, no matter if it’s a win or a loss. We’re in this together, or not at all.
As a remote company, we embrace writing and documenting our thoughts, ideas, and decisions to add clarity and visibility to our work.
We work hard to build trust within our teams by showing appreciation, acting with integrity, supporting each other through hard times and celebrating our mutual wins.
We seek out diverse perspectives and various lived experiences. Like any great organization, we strive to stay curious and flexible.
We go above and beyond to stay connected as a team — always looking out for opportunities to face challenges and celebrate together.
“I value autonomy and transparency in the workplace, which is something MarketerHire has stressed the importance of since day one. I also wanted to work for a company that I felt passionate about, as well as a place where it's okay to make mistakes and it's encouraged to ask questions. I've always received amazing support from leadership here and have had the ability to build out a team that I absolutely love working with!”

“Working at MarketerHire has connected me with incredibly intelligent and genuine people from all walks of life. We are dramatically shifting the way companies, big and small, access and evaluate top marketing talent for their freelancing needs. It's our diverse team that is an absolute asset in innovation and staying ahead of emerging challenges that try to stand in our way! My experience at MarketerHire has been challenging but nothing short of exciting.”
“Never have I been a part of such a warm and welcoming team where you have the ability to express and be true to who you are. Working with freelancers in my day-to-day brings me the most joy, hearing from past companies and projects to cities and countries they live or have lived in. As an avid traveler, I get to know the ins and outs as if I were a local when visiting.”

We’ll take a look at your resume, and reach out if it seems like there might be a match. If not, we strive to let applicants know within one week if they will be moving forward in the process.
A recruiting team member will set up a 15-30 minute video call to learn more about you and what led you to apply to MarketerHire.
On your second video call, you’ll have a chance to meet with one or more of the leaders of the team you applied to join.
Time to tackle a mini project, and show off some of the skills you'll need in your prospective role.
On this third call, you’ll get a chance to talk through your work on the skills test and meet more team members.
We’ll ask for 2-3 references from your past professional life. We’d ideally like to chat with one colleague, one manager and one direct report (if you’ve been a manager before).
Congrats! If you’ve made it to this step, we’ll send you an offer letter and set up a start date!
If your experience is close to what we’re looking for, please consider applying. Experience comes in many forms. Skills are transferable, and passion goes a long way.
